But this book is... :O
Yes its amazing just like Beastly it made me keep reading until my eyes hurt!

Movie Release: February 18, 2011!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Eeeep!

Something that Confuses me about this book is the author... I don't really think his or her name is really Pittacus Lore... in the back of the book you can read his bio and it says he is an Elder from the Planet Lorien.... so... I don't really know what that is about but it certainly makes it more interesting!!!

Beastly...the Book!

WARNING: this book causes sleep deprevation!!! (Seriously I was up past midnight quite a few nights reading this book!)

So I recently went to Chapters with my friend and i was looking around the young adult section when I saw "Beastly" the book!
It's written by Alex Flinn and boy was it good!
Its a very original story though the plot was taken from stories like Beauty and the Beast and The Huntchback of Notre  Dame. It is 300 pages (not including the authors note). I enjoyed every minute. It wasn't like one of those books that are boring at the beinging and then slowly get interesting. Although there is not a lot of action there is a lot of love and reflection. Now if you are not a romantic kind of person than I don't reccomend it. BUT this is a book that is just as good for boys as it is for girls.

Happy Halloween!

Finallly! A post NOT bout books or movies! This time is about makeup :)
Today at my school we celebrated halloween. I was a vampire-hippy/ dead hippy with blood on her face....

If you want to do this look for halloween either go watch a mini-tutorial tomorrow on YouTube orrrrr you can read this:

First prime your face
Next, take a soft wedge sponge and dip it in some white face paint (liquid is the best)
Now set it with translucent powder... if you do it with white powder you run the risk of overdoing it)
Conture your cheek either with a DARK bronzer or some like browny liquid makeup you can get at haloween stores. This is gonna help with the dead sunken in look.
Now your gonna need to accentuate your dark circles. For me this is a night mare because they are the one thing I want to cover up. Use a dark purple eyeshadow on a fluffy eyeshadow brush and loose sleep in secconds!!
Now make some pretty eye makeup, like a rusty red on the lid with black along the crease, long black eyeliner, lots of dark mascara, some red lips and POOF!  your now a blood sucking vampire!
To get that  real-fake blood you can buy htem in tubes or baggies anywhere around halloween time. To be percise if you want it somewhere speacial use a brush or if you couldn't care less drip it straight from the tube!

Freaky Coincidence: Alex Pettyfer & Emma Stone

OMG! OMG! OMG!

So in my last post I mentioned how I found the perfect Jace Wayland for the Mortal Instrument's series by Cassandra Clare...

And then I said how I had found out that Emma Stone was officially going to be playing Clary in the Official movie comeing out in 2012...

Emma Stone did not star in Beastly, Vanessa Hudgens did, but thats beside the point...

Lol, I'm not sure if you can see my point, I'm not even sure I do so...

The Mortal Instruments Series by Cassandra Clare

So this is the latest series that I am waaayyy into. It is amazing. I like my fantasy books but I hate it when they go way over the top. This one is a perfect balance of normal and absolutely strange.
Cassandra Clare has created an amazing world. it has its own government, own country, bad guys and the works.
There are tons of twists and secrets that push the fast paced story along.

I recently typed the title in on YouTube and I found the perfect casting for Jace: Alex Pettyfer

If He doesn't make you want to read the book than I don't know what will.

Also, the book is being made into a movie... which is amazing. I think its going to be released in 2012. The only disappointing thing is Emma Stone will be playing Clary and right now I can only see her as the Easy A girl. But oh well. I am sure it will still be amaaazing.

Pride and Prejudice

I have watched the movies and read the books! As most of you know I am an avid Jane Austen fan and I absolutly adore the Pride and Prejudice 2005 movie with Kiera Nightly...

A little backround on Pride and Prejudice:

In 1976 Jane Austen wrote the early version of Pride and Prejudice it was called First Impressions. Jane did not publish the book for fear of it not being good enough. This story is famous today as famous as even those who have never heard the name Jane Austen have heard Pride and Prejudice uttered in one form or another. Pride and Prejudice is finally published in 1813 (haha I wasn't sure if I was right but I am... I have soooo many referance books on her! ) the same year Napoleon was defeated.
Pride and Prejudice is about not just Elizabeth and Darcy but of many people. There is love, betrayal, loss and forgivness, lies, letters and flirtation. If I was to try and sum up the whole plot I would fail and end up writing the story in my words, so I must ask you to venture out to the World Wide Web (one a NEW tab) and google Pride and Prejudice if you do not know the plot already.

Matthew McFayden and Kiera Nightly in a suuuuper intence ballroom scene!

Kiera Nightly and Matthew McFayden (I hope I spelled that right) have done an amazing job with their roles. So have all of the other actors! They bring the story alive in a much more modern way than the odeous BBC version.

Hopefully I didn't ramble and bore you too much, and hopefully you will take my word for it and check it out! It can be boring if you NEVER watch anything other than action films... but if you are quick enough to inderstand the different scenes you will see that there is action but in a much less bloody way!

Robin Hood Dies! (HUGE SPOILER!)

I know most of you probably don't even know that a TV series like Robin Hood BBC existed! Haha I do! ... Duh :P

Any waaaayyyy, I just watched the finale of season 3 and OMG I friggen bawled! BBC killed 3 of the main characters in one two part episode!!!!!!

Ohmygoodness its so sad... but in a good way!

I mean, I cried enough when they killed Marrian in season 2! Ugh :(
